Terminos y Condiciones
Estos terminos regulan el uso de Rypulse Diagram Studio IA (la "App"), operada por RypulseLabs en Costa Rica.

1. Aceptacion
Al acceder o usar la App aceptas estos terminos. Si no estas de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Uso permitido
- Usa la App solo para fines legales y legitimos.
- No intentes acceder a servicios o datos sin autorizacion.
- No uses la App para distribuir malware, spam o contenido ilegal.
- La App esta disponible para publico general.
3. Cuentas
Puedes crear una cuenta con correo o iniciar sesion con Google, o usar la App como invitado. Eres responsable de la seguridad de tus credenciales y de la actividad asociada a tu cuenta.
4. Contenido y diagramas
Conservas tus derechos sobre los diagramas que creas. Nos otorgas permiso para procesarlos con el fin de operar la App, generar vistas previas y mejorar la experiencia.
5. Servicios de terceros
Usamos Supabase como proveedor de infraestructura para autenticacion y almacenamiento de datos.
6. Salidas de IA
La App puede generar sugerencias mediante IA. Es tu responsabilidad revisar y validar los resultados antes de utilizarlos.
7. Disponibilidad
Podemos modificar, suspender o interrumpir la App para mantenerla o mejorarla. No garantizamos disponibilidad continua.
8. Limitacion de responsabilidad
La App se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, RypulseLabs no sera responsable por danos indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la App.
9. Jurisdiccion
Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de Costa Rica.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos terminos. Publicaremos la version vigente en esta pagina.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Permitted use
- Use the App only for legal and legitimate purposes.
- Do not attempt to access services or data without authorization.
- Do not use the App to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- The App is available to the general public.
3. Accounts
You may create an account with email or sign in with Google, or use the App as a guest. You are responsible for securing your credentials and the activity associated with your account.
4. Content and diagrams
You retain your rights to the diagrams you create. You grant us permission to process them to operate the App, generate previews, and improve the experience.
5. Third-party services
We use Supabase as the infrastructure provider for authentication and data storage.
6. AI outputs
The App may generate suggestions via AI. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the results before using them.
7. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or interrupt the App for maintenance or improvements. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RypulseLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page.
